2023 International Conference on Power System and Smart Energy (CPSSE 2023) will be hosted in Bangkok, Thailand during Sept. 21-23, 2023, which is sponsored by Society of Advanced Science and Engineering (SASE), technical sponsored by King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok and Shandong University.
CPSSE 2023 is a conference which aims at bringing together participants from academia, industry, engineering, and administrative organizations around the world to exchange novel ideas, discuss innovative designs, explore enabling technologies and open problems, and it also an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of power system and smart energy, which is going to highlight and discuss topics on power system and smart energy in a number of formats like keynote speeches, invited lectures, technical sessions and posters. On behalf of the organizing committee, We warmly welcome authors to submit your research papers to CPSSE 2023, and share your latest research results with other researchers from all over the world.
CPSSE 2023 is scheduled to include high-quality paper presentation sessions revealing the latest research findings, and to engage participants in interesting discussion sessions. The CPSSE organizing committee invites researchers worldwide to submit papers and share the valuable experiences with the scientists from the world.

All submissions to the CPSSE will be reviewed, and by submitting a paper to CPSSE, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Only the papers passed the initial check will be double-blind peer-reviewed by 2 or 3 independent reviewers. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the requirements of the conference proceedings, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness, originality and grammar of the research presented. Acceptance is granted when reviewers' recommendations are positive.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in The CPSSE 2023 Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.
All the submissions should be formatted according to the conference template. Submitted papers should be written in complete English and full paper should be limited to a minimum of 5 pages.

AI is an important branch of computer science. Since the emergence of AI, its theory and technology have been mature and widely used in various industries . In the whole field of industrial production, the application of AI technology can improve the efficiency of information processing and production operation level. Artificial intelligence involves many units, and these units are independent of each other, but maintain a certain relationship, which can quickly identify, extract and store information. ANN (ANN), which is produced by the imitation of human neural system, is an active research branch of AI technology.
